To target specific residential areas with geofencing display ads to generate service calls from current and prospective clients.

SOLUTION

  • Ads were delivered to mobile devices in areas with homes older than 10 years and household incomes of $75k+.
  • Our team identified the majority of these areas and a satellite geofence was drawn.
  • After signing a non disclosure agreement, the client sent a monthly service job address list so we could create a Matchback Report to compare the list to those receiving ads.

Each job was categorized as an old or new client. Anyone who had not had service in two or more years was considered a new client.

KEY FINDINGS

Geofencing display ads are a terrific way to measure reach and stay top-of-mind. As service calls increased in those areas, the added visibility of wrapped vans increased the campaign’s effectiveness as we saw the overall spend in the less seasonal months increase year- over-year.
